It is perfectly located just a stone throw away from the bus terminus giving cheap and easy access to the island. At an easy walking distance there is a water park for the kids to have fun for free, high standard lidos for those who wanna spend a day next to a pool with a glass of wine or for those who are more active and adventures there is a vast varieties of water sports.This penthouse is one of the best rental places in Bugibba not only for its location but for the apartment its self which has a unique holiday feeling.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the terrace or balcony.

No parties or other events are allowed in this property.

Pets are not allowed.

While linens, bath towels and beach towels (summer only) are FREE, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However it is available at an additional rate. Extra set of linen is available for FREE for stays over 7 days.

FREE 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at 0.30c euro per unit.

Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00.

A €30 fee applies for check-ins after 8.30pm.

Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request and for an additional fee.

Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all debris and rubbish are placed in the rubbish bin. The

Microwave and the Fridge are left clean and in a proper state. All the dishes are left cleaned and placed in the cupboard.

Security / Damage Deposit
A security deposit of 200 Euros or 175 Sterling is required. This must be paid by CASH on your arrival. If the Security Deposit won’t be PAID the holiday will be terminated and no holiday money will be refunded as a breach of contract. The deposit automatically converts to security / damage. The deposit is Not applied towards rent; however, it is FULLY REFUNDABLE when the check out takes place by the agent IF:

• No damage is done to the property or it’s contents.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the rubbish bin.
• BBQ /Oven /Hob /Microwave /Fridge are left clean and in proper state.
• All the dishes are left cleaned and placed in the cupboard.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior departure.
• No linens are lost or damage.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement.
• Electricity meter won’t exceed the free units that was given to you daily included in the booking price, if so you will be charged 30c Euro per unit.

Please refer to manuals before using any appliances in the apartment, as we are not responsible for any incidents or personal injuries occurred to guests.
Any accidents and damages caused by the guests, the guests have to pay the costs as we are not liable.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60days before arrival. The guest will not be refunded any money if the guest cancel in the 60 days or the guest wants to leave from the premises prior the departure date agreed.

The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 persons. An additional charge of 20 Euros per person per night will be applied for more than 4 guests.

This property requires a 5 night minimum stay. If the rental is taken for less than 5 night stay the guest will be charged an additional fee of 50euros for housekeeping.
