Hi, I am looking to either sell or swap my mobile home for another studio, 1 /2 bed flat or house in South West England. Bournemouth, Wiltshire, and surrounding areas in places which are close to all shops, road links etc and not too rural. I am quite sad to have to leave but due to personal reasons it is time to say goodbye!.

I am happy to sell for between 67,000 and 70,000 (plus 10% to the Site Manager) or swap for a property worth the same. The buyer of my property will have to pay 10% of the asking price to the Site Manager )(so please accommodate) or i can negotiate on the commission that needs to be paid to the Site Manager with you and split 50/50 ie: 5% each to help us both out as long (as i still receive a fair asking price).

It is a lovely site with very friendly neighbours, pets are allowed but no dogs are allowed, no children living on the site (but grandchildren visit)no age restrictions and very cheap ground rent £158 per month which includes water (from the spring) a few fields away and electricity provided by the site.

This is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and visitors come from all over the world to visit the stones (google it!-Avebury Stones) which are in the next field (you cannot rent out the property) and houses (bricks and mortar) sell in the region of £250,000 plus
