We can sometimes accept a deposit to the value of half a month’s rent and one working guarantor.

Agency/Admin fee:

Standard: £250.00 + VAT (not per tenant), payable before tenancy start date

Reserve property: The agency fee can be paid in advance at any point to reserve the property. Reservation / agency fees are non refundable.
Pay in instalments: Agency fee can be paid in instalments, at a slightly higher rate of £300.00 + VAT
Rooms: Reduced agency fee of £150.00 + VAT

Some properties don’t have any admin fees, in which case this will be clearly stated in the property listing and advert.
