I am selling my three-bedroom maisonette (1st floor and 2nd floor loft conversion) in a pleasant residential area of St Andrews (Lamond Drive). I have owned this property since 2004 but now the time has come to sell and move away.
This property comprises the original two bedroom first floor flat, plus extension into the loft space, completed with full planning consent by a local building contractor in 2013 (completion certs etc. all available). Access is via a shared garden path, leading to the front door giving access to stairs to the first floor.
