PROCEDURE
All you need to do is to provide the right documents, sign the contract and fill the housing benefit form.
Then a kind member of our staff will make an appointment at council and accompany you to get your claim assessed. Once your claim has been assessed successfully, you will receive a confirmation letter on the same day. The confirmation letter confirms that your housing benefit will be paid in full. After that, we will give you the key to you and you can move in right away.
This is a very quick procedure (you do not have to wait to go through to the normal housing procedure which usually takes about 4 weeks) and this is because of our agreement with the council.
CHARGES
You do not have to be worried about paying the normal 6 weeks deposit and a month rent in advance.
All you need to pay is the administration fee of £300 and £700 in advance payment. Please note that the in advance payment is refundable whenever you wish to move out of the property.
