Hello, my name is Florian Altmann
I was an Erasmus Student from Germany studying Business Management at the University of Sheffield from September till January. I lived with Vita Student, Sheffield´s newest private accommodation.
I decided to live with Vita Student, because they were taking care of literally anything an exchange student could wish for. It is more like living in a hotel, with weekly cleaning, a 40″ TV with TV license, 250MB Internet, a private Gym, 24h Security and Stunning 11th Floor Views. They had almost weekly student events down in the Lobby and everyone living there is really friendly. It is moreover a very international accommodation with students from all over the world.
Also I was the first resident to live in the apartment so everything is brand new still!
I signed a contract for a year and now need to find someone to take over my room. So far many students were interested and some even visited me and i gave them a room tour and they all were amazed, but unfortunately the price was too high.
Therefore I have decided to reduce the price from 191.5 per week to 100 pounds per week for this amazing luxury apartment. I will pay the difference for you!
So in conclusion, if you are a soon to be student in Sheffield or a current student in Sheffield wanting to move, then this would be the perfect opportunity to experience living with every amenity a student could wish for.
