Our lovely tenants have moved on to pastures new so we are renting out this third floor one bedroom flat with all mod cons.
Carpets throughout, tiled kitchen area and bathroom. Kitchen has double oven/grill, washing machine and fridge with ice box. Bathroom has shower over bath, there is a basin and WC.
The flat is bright with double glazed sash windows. The property was refurbished a couple of years ago and is very well insulated to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The flat is centrally heated via an energy efficient electric boiler. The building is well managed, brightly lit and secure with CCTV in the communal areas.
The flat is suitable for NON-SMOKERS and is unfurnished.
Rent is £500 per month, excludes all bills so you will pay council tax and utility bills. The rent is payable in advance.
Deposit is £700 (approx. 6 weeks). The deposit is protected with the Deposit Protection Service.
We charge £125 (£150 for a couple) to process your tenancy (ID, referencing, drawing up tenancy agreement and securing your deposit and check-in/inventory). This is only charged once you have had an offer accepted by the landlord.
